I realize that at night there's less traffic (well, there USED to be anyway) so the trip can go faster, but at the cost of obscuring all the scenery which was presumably the purpose of the video. I have noticed that Google street views of many downtown areas show them to be unrealistically deserted, suggesting that these are done on early Sunday mornings. You might consider the same.

It’s a good video but I’ll have to be honest with you I found the weaving in and out distracting and I think that particular drive which by the way I have done hundreds of times, is better to be done at a leisurely pace because it’s a very beautiful drive with the river and the sky both displaying beautiful colors.
