I have been studying the books of 1&2nd Samuel in Spanish with Community Bible Study (CBS) in TN. Spanish is not my first language but I was asked to be part of the Spanish speaking core group last year because we had several members who were studying the Word for the very first time and they can be timid when it comes to participating. Anyway, since Spanish is not my first language, I started listening to these talks by Pastor G to make sure that nothing was going over my head. Now I am addicted to these talks. You say such deep and beautiful things. What you say here about when our King, capital “K” is not on the throne in our lives ( I would add in our country and culture) there is chaos, this made me want to cry. It is SO true. We are seeing it play out with Antisemitic protests in NYC, and crime and so much more. There is chaos because our culture has not put the one true King where he belongs, at the center of everything! You are an incredible preacher and it is clear that the Holy Spirit is writing these sermons that you give! God bless you!!

I was struck by how many of the fathers in Israel had wayward sons, not just David. Eli, Samuel, Jacob were these men of status to far removed from the everyday lives of their sons? Another lesson is there I am sure. Our Father in heaven will never leave or forsake us.

Hello, I have enjoyed your messages, but I am now wondering from this message, if you do not believe in eternal security? Once we believe that Jesus died for our sin, and have trusted in Him, we will still sin…it almost seemed as though you were teaching otherwise! Galatians 2:16-21.
the last part of a sinner prayer is not an example to be saved there is no New testament example of so ,pls let me know any example of n.t of a sinners prayer leading to salvation
Bro Gary good connecting of the word, but sometimes you go on" maybe "that's the issue of adding to the word And that is not right 2 John 1:9 Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.
