What I think is these people do realize there were a lot of shady things going on but they don't believe it was enough to sway the election. Without a forensic audit the numbers aren't known so they can use their cognitive dissonance to say Trump lost and still believe in the system works. Trump lost by about 44,000 votes in the swing States. That is nothing considering all mysteriously paused (I have NEVER seen that) and then reopened to a huge surge for Biden. Just a coincidence... right.

Listen. I really appreciate Alan standing up for the Constitution and free speech whether he agrees with the defendant or not. However, he sat on this show for an hour describing how politicians, DA's, lawyers, AG's, Secretary of States, et al are breaking laws, subverting the Constitution, and participating in unethical practices yet still wants to vote for the party perpetrating these very acts. It just hurts my brain how he can do that. I really wish someone would ask him that question.

Dr. Dershowitz made me smile when stressing that the rights of even the smallest of minorities, the single individual, cannot be crushed by the majority, no matter how large. To make his point, he pulled up a copy of his book, "Get Trump," and said "read my book." I loved it.
I heard the 'document' Trump was waving during that interview was actually a magazine article and Trump was stating he could have declassified the content of that story, but he didn't, so where did the reporter get the information in the magazine article.

The next morning it was said that the largest poll in VA, Fairfax County, reported " a huge glitch" in their voting calculations which nullified Trumps winning the state. AD's been making very peculiar legal arguments defending 45 for years, not just here. Peculiar, meaning defective, ever since 45 took office. When WH executive secretary Steve Porter faced accusations of domestic violence from his ex-wife and girlfriend and they hit the news, he "resigned". AD then castigated reporters for violating Porter's right to "due process" and costing him his job. The reporters did no such thing. 45 fired Porter, an at-will employee, when he became more trouble, politically, than keeping him was worth. Porter got all the due process available to him from 45, his boss, and in the court cases where the abuse charges were made. AD is Harvard Law Professor Emeritus, ffs! He knew these legal facts. His argument was pure mis-direction.
Why has he done this? My theory is that AD, when on Epstein's island and getting his massage, took his shorts off AND knows 45 can prove it. Now, is that really why AD's been playing both sides since 45 became POTUS? Not proven, but it does fit.

My issue with Dershowitz is not his intelligence, knowledge, or sharpness. It’s the fact that he can still vote democrat knowing what he knows, and how he can deny the “election issues”. It’s SO OBVIOUS many things weren’t right with the last election and MANY elections for decades. Read the President Makers… presidents have been made and installed since around FDR. What happened in 2016? They saw DT’s election as the perfect card for further dividing the country… and it happened.

After listening to this intelligent man of the law stand up for the law, because the law matters, I am going to purchase all of his books for my personal reading in my personal library.
