I don't know the date of this edition but its probably from early 1996. I don't have any more episodes of Ready Steady Cook, just this one.

I used to watch this show just to hear the intense music during the last minute of cooking. I just couldn't look away from the timer, and it burned STOOOOOOP COOKIIIIIIIIING! into my brain!
It's the most intense music ever composed, and I use it all the time!
