This special version of "Seasons of Wither" was started in Las Vegas, USA (Sep 2022), and finished in Sydney, Australia (Jan 2023).
Featuring fans from Australia, Peru, Argentina, and the USA, this video captures the raw energy and passion of Aerosmith's music recording remotely in (almost) a single take. This striped down keeps a new arrangement in ukulele and the voices recorded remotely.
"Seasons of Wither" is a power ballad by American hard rock band @Aerosmith. Released in 1974 on Get Your Wings album, it was inspired by the Massachusetts landscape in wintertime, hence the haunting melody and sense of loneliness and melancholy to its sound.
The "ReconnectAndo" project is a global music collaboration started during the pandemic lockdowns. This video is not just a tribute to Aerosmith but also a celebration of music as a powerful force that brings people together. With 90% of the video being actual performances, "you see what you hear," this video is a true testament to the magic of music.
