I want to thank you, Lee. I've been following your work for over 5 years now, and the way you're showing up for us at this particularly tender time (yes!) goes above and beyond my expectations. Always something in these sharing that helps me realign with the vibrational Truth. I just listened and relistened to the last 7 minutes and gathered my courage to claim space with my loved ones after an encounter this morning that was exactly as you described. A heart-beating faster, edge of tears moment that went much more lovingly (and vulnerably) than I expected. Breathing. Feeling now greater space for Me in my house. Om om om 🙏

I am normally in both a church choir, and our local opera’s chorus...all of which has been canceled for the time being, so I haven’t been singing regularly. The chanting reminded me how grounding a practice creating sound is, thank you!

"Inserting and asserting your own truth" rang true for me as a pleaser. I had been a long-term relationship as such and had to learn to take my power back. Your dialogue was a great reminder of how to respond during a baiting interaction. Learning to set boundaries continues. Thank you for this teaching!!

Lee, this simple video was truly such a blessing. I resonate with you every time I tune it to your energy, and in this video I finally grasped the fact that all true yogi’s are healers and transmuters of energy.. and it really doesn’t matter which wounds we’ve had to heal... because the end result is usually pretty much the same. And that IS enough. Like you said;) namaste, 🙏🏽 Gratitude and Love. It’s my personal belief that we are all worth everything we want in life, so long as we use compassion and diligence. And your energy is healing me, so I want to extend my appreciation in whatever what I can right now.

I don't normally do TH-cam chat but I saw your comment. I just wanted to share that sometimes when I've had really good meditation, it has later brought up very difficult feelings. From what I've learned it might have been an uncovering of repressed or unconscious layers and bringing them into awareness so they can be cleared, healed and integrated into a more fuller version of oneself. Look after yourself Mary.

I was listening to you talking about creativity and tenderness, and for a good few minutes it didn't hit me that it's no coincidence that I am just finishing up writing a book of poems called Tenderness Prevails which I'm hoping to send off to literary agents soon. I'm working on it today, in fact! So yes, both creativity and tenderness indeed. The idea of 'tenderness' as a topic came to me last year but seems more needed now than ever. Thanks so much, Lee, I feel ready to get going with my day now. Take care.

Hi 👋 Dear Lee, sang the scales along with you and I felt happy inside-out, and it made me smile❤️
At the end of the video, if having an argument, you suggest something a line with this: “start singing scales to that person’s face! You made me laugh so much. You’ve an amazing personality and an incredible sense of humor.
👉 anyway: I did the 3 “Ooomming” with you & my beautiful cat is sleeping next to me.
    - When I do the first 2 “ooommmings”, he doesn’t seem to care, only his ears are moving.
    - BUT... when I sing the third and last “ooomm” he woke up and looked at, not at me, BUT at you Lee!
    AND
    - this is the very first time I have seen my precious cat watching directly towards my iPhone screen and actually seems to understand what is happening on it. (I thought cats, most animals couldn’t see and interpret what’s happening if they’re placed in front of a screen) But today I changed my opinion, because I saw my cat didn’t seem to see me, instead he saw beyond me and he fixated his eyes on my iPhone screen and on Lee, and that’s something my cat have never done before.

    - I’d headphones on when I did the “oooommmiing” with you. My baby (ok ok, my cat is 8 yrs old, but still my baby) could potentially have heard your voice even through the headphones, but since I was “ooommming” together with you, it would’ve been hard for my baby to hear you during the “ooomming”.Right?
    - My cute cat seemed to think when he was looking at the screen that:
“He do accept the scales and the “ooommmming” too, but I strongly sensed he was annoyed because this time of the day is his napping time! If I’d have had the good taste and waited until his nap time was over he would have joined me. Yes he’s a very talkative cat, he love hearing his own voice ❤️😂❤️
    - I feel happy, blessed and very “bubbly” inside.
I wish you and your loved ones to stay healthy and safe and I also wish you keep your spirits high and allows yourself to feel positive and to laugh a lot.
I suddenly feel an urge to develop the nature of “laughing/crying”,
    - Laughter is contagious in the best way possible and it cleanse our systems.
    - Crying is very close to laughing.
    - Often times when we’re laughing a lot it suddenly switches and if we’re in a safe environment we start crying!
    - It often feels like there’s“no reason at all to cry and we often get the question “What happened?”
    - Nothing happened! I personally believe it’s our system that’s overloaded.
    - And just like laughing, crying is very cleansing too ❤️
    - I see it as a blessing to “be given” an amazing relaxing laugh, followed by a heavy cry. The type of cry which is needed and makes us feel lighter and clean inside and out.
    With love and respect 💕
    / Grace

Thank you Lee, this was so on point for me to hear and using sound i have now discovered, through you, really works for me. The tears came when you talked about boundaries, etc .... as i have a 16yr old daughter (who has high functioning aspergers) that often doesnt recognise boundaries and can be a real energy train. So ploughs straight through them. When i raise it with her, she doesnt understand, and I find it hard that I cant get through to her that I have boundaries too, as to her they dont exist. It's certainly tricky. And as she has Aspergers, every move i make it dictated through what she can and cant tolerate. She is HIGHLY sensitive, which elevate it all even more.

Thank you for your generosity Lee. this is exactly what I needed to hear at this exact moment. it brought me into an awareness of my programmed habit of tolerating. today I was wearing ear plugs so that I could cook in peace (without the screaming tv.) and I see that I didn't just tune out the noise, I shut down; now I understand why I can hardly stay awake today. ...ALSO yes, the other night I was doing a Kundalini meditation that involved whistling, and the dogs thought I was a total weirdo. I had the best laugh I had in a long time. :))

What a lovely little chat and so much good info you've passed on. I laughed about the kids at home though, that one is not easy. I remember when my kids (who are a few years younger than you) would be in one of their moods or the energy in the room needed breaking up as you say, I'd break into some Broadway song and dance routine and they'd be standing there dumbfounded. I got to sing and dance and they usually ended up going to their rooms.

WOW Lee! So powerful. I could relate to so much of what you shared in terms of my creativity and also the family dynamics. My creativity to flowing strongly and I'm excited about this next chapter and the seeds I'm planting for this new world. Also dealing with some family issues that are bringing up a lot. Appreciate the reminder of how to handle the situation when others want me to stay but play by their rules. Grateful for the guidance during these times. I have such a clear vision of the future I'm creating and would love to have my family be a part of that, but not at the cost of losing myself in the process. Such a great reminder. Also, loved the scale exercise. Sure it will come in handy. All the best, Cali

Thank you, Lee ! It's interesting, the scale. I've been using it some, wondering where it came from, while noticing a "change" in the environment with my partner. Now I know. It felt good at the time, though a little awkward. From now on I will notice how it affects those around me, even while in the grocery store, or gas station area, or while texting, just using the "musical notes" emojie (not one to be noticed, but, feels good within, instead of focus on what's been sent to me.) Tender, health care, all of it is something useful in my life. I always look forward to your "updates" !

Yes, music therapy works, Art therapy works, walking therapy works, doodling works, all good works-works, kids don't need parental approval for doing those things, kids only do things they enjoy doing. I just want to make the point, that during times of uncertainty, parents tend to sell musical instruments as a means to "salvage" economic uncertainty, and at the end of the day, children grow into adults and tend to do things they love to do anyway. Children are the authors of their own destiny regardless of what parents do or don't do.
