@@70newlife as someone who has eaten dosas across india from places over 50 years old to local favourites. rameshwaram is one of the most disappointing and overpriced spots. ive lived in hyderabad for nearly 10 years now. there are soo many better places here. also dosa is one of my fav breakfasts and a eat out 3-4 times a week. on average 2 dosas a week minimum. so yeah, this monkey does know how ginger tastes... if you have any objective points as to why rameshwaram has good dosa, feel free to let me know. otherwise its an insult to tamil nadu and city of rameshwaram. it was the most horrendeously grease soaked dosa that was thick like parantha and priced like a 70mm family size one. kanchi's dosa is much superior at a much cheaper price. also kanchi has much better filter coffee.
There’s nothing that people will agree upon 100 percent unanimously. That greasy texture is what I love, you have your standards and expectations, others have their own. I am not a connoisseur for food but an explorer, Dosa is definitely not my area of expertise but Rameshwarams Ghee pudi dosa is definitely top 3 for me.
@@bhukkanawab makes sense. i respect your choice. maybe it works for some people. but in general the public sentiment towards rameshwaram has been rather poor. its all hype and once it dies in a few months they will struggle to stay open! as per standard reviews and everyone that i know who has eaten there, its one of the worst they have had when compared to similar types and pricing. its not authentic at all.
