I know you mentioned this is for usage on a MK7 Golf, but would you happen to know if I can use this on a 2011 Passat B7? I mean, the locking mechanism seems to be the same, I just don't know about the connector...
@@prringa4146 so there’s nothing out in the aftermarket? Coz I’ve seen it on someone’s TH-cam channel. Each individual led lit up so that it made to look sequential. @@eric6650 Of course it is possible with the facelift backlights, however, you would have to replace the complete backlight, and the sole benefit of a slightly smoother and nicer animation by far doesn't outweight the cost for it (~700-800 €) in my opinion. I have no clue if there are any cheaper facelift aftermarket knockoff backlights, but the upgrade will still not be cheap by any means as far as I'm aware. I ordered this one. @@eric6650 I can't believe that to be honest. I'm pretty sure the LED modules are wired/soldered together in the inside. That would require a complete disassembly of the backlight. Are you sure those were original, stock LED backlights?

@@m3rri3n36 hi. I’m interested in fitting this to my car, but do you get the two dead LED’s where the indicator runs through the tail/driving lights when the indicator isn’t on?
Mime got delivered today 😊. Can fit now. Thanks for the great video
yo how did you access the tail lights? Did you have to cut out as shown in the vid?
Looks great! Neat looking effect at low cost and easy install! Car looks awesome!
Thanks! 👍
Thank you for clearly showing the Red Locking Pin "action" . . . now I understand how to get to the bulb :)
Glad it helped!
hey just ordered them for my 2015 GTE, looking forward to receiving them!
Nice and enjoy!
Wow! Thanks! Buying mine now!!
Glad the video helped!
Nice easy how to vid ,very helpful
Glad it helped
Bought the same ones just on Wish. Been working perfect for the last six month or so. :P
Good stuff. Wish might be a bit more expensive .. or not.
Just bought mine :)
Great find! does it has speed control of the sequence? thanks!
Yeah it does. It set it to the longest delay possible
@@ilimit please let me know which is the slower speed position (or longest delay), 1 or 9?
9

I don't think it will work on stock halogen tail lamps
Of course my red lock pin is on the other side, Can I just take the whole light out and do it like that?
I doubt that, Dave. You have to be very careful not to break anything. The locking tab is there to hold the connection in place
@@ilimit I got mine in today but it did nothing different, I got a 2015 GTI, They are both set on 8 second delay
@@ilimit Do I need LED bulbs to make them work?
You will need MK7 euro tail lights for this to work

Does it work for gti clubsport 2017
Does it works on Audi a3 sedan 2014?
I’m curious if you are able to delay each individual led so that it looks more sequential instead of just the inner, then outer?
Not possible

hello, does it works for a gtd 2014 ?
If you have those particular LED taillight design, it should.
What delay are these set to?
The longest, I forgot the setting however.

It only works with the first gen MK7 euro lights

why the signal is drifting fast? can't it be slower
This is as long of a delay as possible
Will they work on my vw scirocco facelift 2017?
I'm not quite certain, depends if they are individual LED i believe in order for this adapter to delay signal.
Was it just on my car, or the left one is much easier...much more space😅
Same on mine 👍🏼
