yesterday I was listening this again and today heard news of Sushant singh Rajput suicide.. Depression is real.. you never know what a person is going through.. Be kind..
I hope murderers jaldi pakde jaye as now its getting clear it was a murder usne suicide nhi kiya 😠😠😠 Kash uske pass sach me dost hote to rhea jaisi rand ke peeche kbhi na pdta jisne uski zindagi kharab krdi 😠😠😠
If there is any award for best poetry then he deserves it. I can relate each and every word. When i was in depression none of my friends supported me. I fought that battle alone. If anyone is depression rn let me tell you this guys, things will get better by days and one day you will comeback stronger than ever. You will start enjoying your life again. Just don't lose hope. And take care
Me and my best friend saw this video last year and we really loved it. Last month she committed suicide and now I hear this alone and cry myself to sleep each night💔

Depression is a very common thing, and the truth is people take it for granted , friends nowadays don't help you get out of it but make it worse once u share ur situation with them. Kaash log samajh paate ki sensitive logo se kaise behave krna hota h
Depression is not being sensitive. It is a disease, a terrible disease that sucks whole life out of you.. And you just keep wondering every day that why are you feeling so without any reason..and much more
@@tusharikajoshi5277yes there is no medical solutions for depression. Only hope is self motivation , I am unable to explain methods in writing. Healthy food and early morning , melody song , talk to 2-3 good friends are simple solutions
@@vivekiitb034 you are mentioning the things that depression prevents one from doing. And yeah medication cannot cure it completely (only in case of clinical depression).. But these things can't either. Plus.. All the things you mentioned are damn difficult for a person dealing with depression.
An year back, I was very reclusive and isolated. I was not in depression but I used to feel alone. That very moment, I went through this poem. I really felt connected to his words immediately and since then, I continuously follow his every poem. Today, sushant Singh rajput, committed suicide. What ever the reason but suicide is not the solution. But we always neglected the other side of the story. This poem tells us that dark side of story. May his departed soul Rest In Peace.🙏🏽 love and respect from nepal

I rarely comment on videos but this one really touch every corner of the heart. As someone who has seen depression and is fighting everyday just to stay alive this one really really gets to you. It's reality that a lot of people are so insensitive about. You may never know when you become the reason someone else's life is saved. Please people please just say few kind words and more importantly MEAN THEM. You don't have to know someone personally to say Hello, please, thank you, sorry, good morning. It's simple but the impact it can have is beyond anything I can describe. (Coming from someone who tries to practice this as well someone who's entire day has been made by one hello) . And to the writer, there is absolutely no words of gratitude I have for you to describe how good this is.

Please dont be rude to someone if they r quite or silent and social anxity and depression is a real thing and I m happy that this generation is gonna understand that mental health is a thing and ur poetry is not just a peice of art but a real dark story, which every one need to hear and understand and I can feel the pain behind ur voice.

Ah, atlast someone said out loud in form of poetry. I have struggled with depression for almost 4 years, I still struggle now because depression never leaves you. I am thankful to God that I had sisters and parents who asked me everytime "tell me what's wrong", that one question saved me. Though depression never leaves you, I know I have to defeat it because I want to help others. I see this everyday, people ignoring each other's signs of help. Please if you see anyone showing signs, help them immediately, not by giving them life lectures but by just asking them "tell me what's wrong" and be a good listener. Give them assurance that they are safe with you, you can save a life.
