What I love about GD is the symbolism in his music contrasting with his music videos. Many people say this mv just symbolizes how a celebrity is locked up in a cage with only materialistic things in their life. But the song itself is talking about love, being heartbroken, being surrounded by many girls but only wanting the one that left him. Which would explain him being surrounded by fangirls. And the glass cage may symbolize being inside GD's head, that's why there's quotes everywhere, that's why he's constantly trying to "interact" with the people outside of the glass box but he can't seem to get them to understand how he feels within his mind, which would be the glass box. People need to keep an open mind and interpret GD's music and music videos in a different light. I'm not saying other people are wrong and I'm also not saying I'm right, I just want people to stop thinking so narrow about GD's music.

I really feel sad to see the comments here. GD just wanted to share his music with JVIPs… I thought all VIPs will support all 5 members, no matter what. However, I found that I am wrong. I have to say I am GD bias, but I do love and support all 5 members, I bought all their solo albums, and support all their solo music.. but now, it is like a wake-up call, I guess it's enough.
