I goes to show that the Dimmu core group have some sort of pathological discomfort being around actual talent. How else do you explain them ditching both Mustis and Vortex? They literally have to get a choir to replace Vortex in big live shows, and their songwriting has sucked balls without Mustis.

Absolutely. Spiritual Black Dimensions is my favourite Dimmu album, and one of my favourite ever. It’s so dark, energetic and has so much texture and feeling. But this song has it all - the melody, the growls, and Vortex’s clean singing. So beautiful!

In fact, Elena introduced me to Dimmu. I always enjoyed Black Metal but had a wrong idea about Dimmu. Thanks Elena for that overwhelming cover. After watching this video, 4 years ago, I heard Spritual Black Dimensions and what masterpiece.
You know what comes to my mind? People who claim that metal is just about screaming. I am convinced that they just don't have the patience or hearing capacity to listen to the magnificence of metal. Like this beatiful, breath-taking song. Good job
The piano/ synth makes this song. Mixed with the vox. So to get to hear the piano/ synth so clear with no guitar or bass or drums in it is nice. FANTASTIC skill. Amazing cover.

Those notes @ 2:56… goosebumps every time. Both on this video and the original song. Dimmu lost their essence when Mustis and Vortex left.
