Two 16 year olds and a 21 year old who "looked like this teen" in a street jammed with revelers, ran shooting at each other and shooting 22 people killing 3. Why does a 16 yr old have a concealed gun, much less a rifle. Makes you wonder who is alive today because someone saw and reported it.
