How did you get the settings in the middle instead of on the left? I also think Nvidium and bobby would've been a real help because it would've ran better. Oh wait nvidium doesnt support shaders.
I didn't do anything specific, my settings menu appeared this way by default. Unfortunately, Nvidium doesn't work with most mods and isn’t as good as some people claim.

I'm using my custom modded pack in this video, which I’ve been gradually optimizing for the past couple of months. I’d recommend using a performance-focused modpack rather than using on Sodium or Optifine alone.
I don't understand how you're getting over 2000 FPS in vanilla Minecraft with a 3060 Ti when the 4070 Ti Super gets only 1200 or below in vanilla. Also, over 500+ FPS with a 3060 Ti and only 200+ with a 4070 Ti Super in max rander distance. The benchmark I watched for 4070 ti super uses the same CPU as yours.
You can achieve the same FPS even with a decade-old CPU. This is because Distant Horizons, shaders, and the resource pack are all GPU-intensive. Additionally, the world has been pre-generated using Chunky, so the CPU simply loads chunks, which is far less demanding than generating them.
It is, but it's important to remember that everyone's needs are different. For me, I'm still bottlenecked by the CPU in the games I play most, like Dota 2, SC2, and similar games.
