I like how Inferno calling The Nameless for revenge, can be interpreted in different ways. Inferno may call Nameless on behalf of Flame ("Last time I forced you to retreat, but now I will actually fight you!") or Inferno ("Last time I lost, but now I'll win!"), and both will be correct
In Enigma Xani said that Nameless was summoned to defeat a monster but then nameless escape control and we all know what happened, in what I assume to be the flashback sequence the monster that caused the Order of Control to summon Nameless was the fusion of flame and hydra Inferno. Inferno also says that they want a rematch. Near the end of the flashback sequence Nameless appears probably separating Hydra and Flame and also taking some other square who was sent with some other squares to capture hydra and flame which possibly means Wave wasn’t the first to be corrupted by Nameless. Oh and also if Wave survived getting blasted by Flame in Earthquake then Speedster probably survived. Am I overthinking it probably but I’m excited for what the next level will be. Also who the hell created H.E.A.P and why.
The H.E.A.P. was probably built so Hal (the player) doesn't release Flame and Hydra so they can't fuse into Inferno (the monster) again but it was most likely built before Nameless was summoned and was most likely built by the Order of Control
@@stephfassel6967 You know how Speedster guards Flame, and Sentinel guards Hydra, right? I think that's what they're talking about. And Hal WAS made by the Order of Control, as we see in Meltdown. But H.E.A.P. stands for the Hal Elimination Annihilation Protocol, so I doubt that's the case.
this level was absolutely amazing. using the lyrics for dialogue near the beginning was really creative, the level felt full of energy, the boss was great and that battle sequence at the end was awesome. seriously great job lmao
What I’ve gleaned from the flashbacks. Flame was causing chaos, when she met the purple circle. Then a group of soldiers confronted them, and the two fused, killing the soldiers. Then another soldier instructed nameless to incapacitate them, before Nameless incapacitated him.

i came to watch this video to understand the strats after spending about an hour trying to nohit. i was on the editor alpha branch, i didn't even realise what i was doing to myself. if you don't know, there's a fun little bug on that branch with this level where from about 3:38 to 5:00, the whole screen is pitch-black you can't see anything, except for a small spot in the centre just slightly larger than the boss. i felt like there was some trick i was missing or i was just not doing too good, now i'm actually kind of happy with how well i was doing considering my mistake. weirdly enough though, i think it would've been possible anyway, a bit unfair, but still possible.
Do you guys think that there is a regularity in Nameless stealing things? He got himself crystallised Wave, guardian of the reactor and Sentinel. Because guardian continued fighting after reactor was destroyed, I think it has a built-in generator or emergency battery. Maybe he will charge Sentinel and control it, and then break the crystals of Wave and free him?
inferno looks like a wolf cringey old me from a few years ago would be proud bc i had a headcannon that flame was a werewolf for some reason, dont have the headcannon now but still, pretty weird
