people come here expecting a miracle, if your colour is still messed up then you just have a crappy monitor. It's not this guy's fault he's just trying to help.
But the contrast part remains a problem, while there's brightness control settings on my hardware there isn't anything like that for the contrast, so I have no idea what they mean by "using the contrast control on your display, [...]"
display color calibration can't save the new calibration the parameter is incorrect, when i try to move the gamma slider happened once before, after i updated my amd radeon thing now when i turn off my pc it gets this message and my gamma is way to low, its to dark HALP
Can someone explain to me how do I use the reference images properly if I'm referencing them on an uncalibrated monitor. If I'm matching contrast to an example image thats displaying on the uncalibrated monitor then arent I matching it to wrong contrast? I'd think youd need one monitor thats calibrated to have the reference images on it, then you match the uncalibrated monitor to that. I know I must be wrong but how else can you do it without 2 monitors?
Hi I did my desktop callibration for the first time and after doing it. Almost after 30 sec the whole screen got black. Nothing was visible although system was running. Restarted my pc but same issue. Help me.
I can't get through the first step. when I click next I get an error that says: DCC can't calibrate the selecte display because it can't determine if the display is "mirrored", which means the desktop is duplicated and show on different displays. anyone know how to solve that? im on windows 7
just got new laptop with windows 10 and everything seems lighter than what it should be for animation/anime stuff but for real life everyone looks tanned and is kind of dark that is hard to see
Nothing seems to have changed.. Monitor still sucks. Some websites have thin letters, and on my monitor, they're like REALLY thin and bright - I can't even read them.

How do I set the brightness and contrast on a laptop where I don't have buttons?
depends on the laptop some of them use a function key "FN" and the F keys on your keyboard (F1,F2,F3...)
actually i just found out this method from your video, thanks!
Glad I could help. (:
Thanks for the video, you really didn't explain any of the settings tho, you sound as clueless as me. Thanks tho

on the gamma test the dots appeared yellow on mine is that normal or is something wrong?
something's wrong
mine is yellow too
why is it wrong? mine is a brand new laptop
MrGaragenation Technically its supposed to be white
how do you know its suppose to be white?
Am I the only one who no matter how I set gamma I can never get the circles to blend?
Yeah
informative but moot from 2:33 because people have different opinions of what grey is supposed to look like
are you my monitor
how do i fix saturation when i record on bandicam?
do you realize that it will only work on how you look at your display so the recording doesn't see your point of color view
really helped
Great!

you may decrease gamma and increase saturation with intel control panel
