I hope you next video showed you installing the oil pump correctly. 1. Install well oiled oil pump into position 2. Install Cam Plate and torque all bolts. 3. Start but DO NOT torque 4 oil pump bolts. 3. Install chain, sprockets, etc. 4. Using a socket on crank sprocket bolt and plugs removed turn engine over several revolutions. 5. You should have very little turning resistance. This centers the oil pump over crankshaft. 6. Then torque the 4 oil pump bolts to specs. 7 Repeat step 2 and you should have no noticeable increase in turning torque. (NO PIPE WRENCH REQUIRED) 8. If so, STOP and figure out why!
I have an updated cam video this is wrongfully wrong and will fuck up your bike..the bearing does top out but you can push to hard and crack the small lip behind the bearing, you want to go far enough but not to far it's a feeling thing..
No shaft pressing but I did press new bearings for cams they are not located on cam plate but behind and they are timken..I did an updated video recently for the cam plate maybe watch that one..thanks for the reply tho..
more then one way to do it but make sure the o-ring is not on male oil pump side or it will not seat correctly ..thanks for the comment..free manual for dyna in description

Dude I don't trust shops. Just pulled mine open they put wrong pump in, guess what oil pressure was gone. Bad parts keep you coming back.
Too much music
yeah think ya did that incorrectly..pretty sure the oil pump goes in before the plate..and no assembly lube..c'mon man...and....
