I've prepared it on my own. The maximum temperature that can be reduced by this way is 7 degrees Celsius only. If the room temperature is 31 degree then we can get 24 degree only.

Tgis not work. I do e lot of experiments, math ext... peltier isnt eficient for make a refri. The moisture condenses on the heatsink and lost a lot of cold. The power consumption is excesive. Its not profitable. This guy has no idea how to calculate a heatsink to use in a Peltier. A matchstick warn up to 800 degrees but that doesnt mean it will heat a room at 800 degrees. The same applies to the Peltier.

Good for keeping cool not getting kool...its best u add a small ice compartment between the motor and box (6/10) for effort (9/10) for idea :)
how about the fan airflows?
Peltier has two sides one is hot and one is cold . Fan is attached to hot side to bring its temperature low to increase the efficiency of the cold side of the peltier.
You don't use intel cpu heatsink because peltier is very heating you use amd cpu heatsink

he's not running it on full power. 75 watt module can run on 15 watts too. Just the performance of it will be reduced by 80% of full performance

Don't Peltier's have a hot side and a cold side, therefore you have to find out which is which, before you go and attach it with thermal paste to the heatsink.
Right. Just pass a momentary current , you will come to know the cold side.

As far as I know, you can just change polarity to swap the hot and cold sides
Also, you can heat one side and cool another and it will generate energy

Is the fan sucking air are out of the container or blowing in?
That fan shown is exhausting the heat produced on one side of the fan. He should add another small fan to blow the cool air from the cool side of the peltier chip and heatsink for a more effective setup.
