Base Heathcliff is one of the best LCB Sinner IDs, tied with Hong Lu in my opinion. He's also obe of those IDs I put in a fun category in Mirror Dungeons, Skill 2 IDs. These are IDs where I'd personally rather get more Skill 2s than get more Skill 3s. In this case, it's because he can stack SO much Attack Power Up. Some characters are just better off with more S2 than S3, like W Corp Ryoshu, Yurodivy Hong Lu, or Liu Ishmael.
