Hi dude, I really appreciate your knowledge. I am also a motor mechanic in Australia. One thing doesn't agree that modern engines only takes a few seconds for lubrication. And you can revv as much as you can when the engine is idling provided that the engine is being serviced regularly with correct oil. It will not harm the engine. But if it is a neglected engine then it just needs an excuse to blow up.

If you did that in usa, you could snatch at least $2500 just to tell the customer that what happened; and the mechanics will never touch the engine if the block was broken and advice to get a new engine total costing about $8000. I wonder how much you charged the owner for complete repair! 👍
I've got something similar done to my car, it was petrol though.
Costs INR 35,000/- or approximately $ 500.

Hi Dear I am technician from USA and have my own shop working on High end cars like MBZ, BMW, Lexus etc. To me looks like customer have never changed the oil causing the engine to break, But may be I am wrong.

Sir nayi vali 2017 se aane vali Xcent diesel 1186cc engine kaisa hai, parts majboot hai ya nahi.
Did you check service history of this car and diesel quality. Egr do get carbon deposit which need to be cleaned in every service ., logic of racing and improper oiling due to sludge makes sense

Hello mukeshji...meri swift diesel car hai 2013 ki, jo abb tak 54000 km chali hai, car is in top condition but when i start in the morning, put 1st gear and release clutch then clutch vibrates a lot and little engine also, but after getting engine hot vibration reduces.
But whenever i drive on hill area, engine vibrates a lot at 1st gear for pickup from zero.
Please suggest on this, what to be done?

I am an engineer at TATA Motors. I completed my BTech in Automobile and joined this company. While, I was doing my degree, I used to work at a local automotive shop for free of cost. I just wanted to learn things practically.
At the shop, the one who knows everything is called USTAAD. I still call him Ustaad. I was so used to pronounce the mechanic language that sometimes I unwillingly utter words like Readywater( radiator) , shapatt ( shaft) , chechiss ( chassis ), garaari ( gears) , markaa ( markings) , silencer ( muffler) .
Engine ko kholna aur baandhna ( engine disassemble and assemble) , major ( engine overhaul), bayring ( bearing) , chidiya ( rocker)

Mukesh , you can't say connecting rod material or bolt is poor quality unless we check all 3 connecting rod broken or bent. Need to think why only particular CR got bent n seize, that is going close to root cause....but I like your efforts in this video

I think turbo was leaking oil in it's compressor side. That lead to engine starved of oil. Also over-rpm further exacerbated the situation.
