What to do when you "don't feel like doing anything"

Hello Minna-san! This is a video that I filmed a month ago but never posted 🤷‍♀️ it inspired me to talk about the feeling of "doing nothing" which I get from time to time when I'm overly stressed. Just wanted to share my thoughts with you here!
