I'm an artist/ graphic designer but I still watched the entire video because it was so organized and lovely. The gift bag is such a nice idea. I'd love more info or a video on the marketing part of your buisness because the differences between the videos for ig and TikTok seemed very subtle.
I just want to say I'm been working in customer service one way or another for decades, and that attitude of welcoming your clients with generosity is one I've seen only in the best and most successful brands. You may only be in your teens still, but I think that's going to take you a long way! Genuinely inspiring!
You seem so mature and grounded, you're really inspiring me who's already 26 and thinking about opening my own business. Thank you for this in depth video 🧡
Thank you, I am from Saudi Arabia and I do not find any helpful videos on TH-cam about the steps of nail business. I am really grateful that you inspired me to start.❤️❤️
I've been taking the idea/plan to become a nail tech pretty seriously lately, the thing that's kind of scaring/stopping me is the quality of my work, I know that as a beginner I of course won't be perfect but it's really scary to imagine doing a bad job. Another thing is practice, I would love to start but I have very minimal practice, I do my own nails, one od my friends and that's about it. It's honestly really hard to find people to practice on 😅. I really enjoyed the tips in this video and the way you organize your business. Good luck in the future, and hopefully next time I see my comment I'll be working on my own business as well ❤
I found your video and it was extremely helpful to me because I’m feeling so lost about all the things you must considerate when you want to start your nail business seriously (not as a hobby as I used to do) I’d loved the way you explained everything and also you shared us the google sheet :3. And tbh I was impressed about the way you think about giving a comfy first impression by giving gifts to your first clients. Thank you so much for this video🙏🏻🥰
I'm living in Japan right now and love doing nails! I would love to see a video that dives into how you got your tech license because I've been thinking about going for it too!❤
The fact that you are 18 and you are so knowledgeable is commendable!! I learned a lot. Thanks for this wonderful video. P.s. you somewhat sound like Kylie Jenner. It’s a compliment btw ☺️
I'm a student and am really questioning what I want to do. I'm looking into becoming a nail tech because i myself love getting my nails done. I loved the 1st time client present as an idea. I also think that if i get into doing nails I would give diacounts to uni students (they would have to show me their current student ID, of course) because my nails really are my only source of dopamine and I think theres a market for anxious uni students with not a lot of disposable income. It would be an expense but I'd be able to build a loyal client base that way.
I just ended my first year as a nail tech. I started my courses in january and finished in may, now i closed december wit a teensy bit of profit (almost nothing) but i managed to earn back all the invested money and im so glad for tha. it surely is hard to do this next to school but it is my passion. your video was very helpful and motivating for me, thanks for making it. I started using your budget template as well, and its so good, i just love it! thanks for all! could you maybe say how or where you get your press on packaging stuff, like the base paper you stick them on? thanks in advance! Much love from a european beginner
Hi!! I've been watching your content lately, and I couldn’t help but notice your nails here-they really caught my eye! Would you mind posting them? I’d love to use them as inspiration for my next nail appointment.
hii, i only do extensions or natural nail, if someone wants to extend one or two of their natural nails i use poly gel :) but to sculpt the nail i use builder gel.
@@nailsbysionoh she’s talking about the shape of the gel x. sculpted is for people with more rounded nail beds and natural is for people with flatter nail beds. apres sells both natural and sculpted
*Cries in 26 years old* haha jk thanks for the video, you definitely inspired me, I'm really thinking on starting a press-on business ♥ also the first time client gift it's a really cute idea and gives good impression ✨
I just saw your amazon storefront... do i need to buy all the things you've listed? It came up to around 233$ is it the right amount for the products to start working?
@@thischannelispointless suppliers do press ons with no Nail Technician qualification. However, completing one, two seven day course is not recognised by C.I.B.T.A.C (world renowned) because its not worth the paper it is written on.
Not necessarily. There are certain things that she isn’t allowed to do because she isn’t licensed. For example, a lot of the braiders in America aren’t licensed so they’re not allowed to wash hair. Only braid.
