Random Game Trivia on Afterimage:
Afterimage is published by Modus Games, which is the same publisher for Cris Tales. Afterimage is developed by Aurogon Shanghai, which is a video game developer headquartered in Shanghai, China. They do not have any precedence of developing a Metroidvania game before this. The other title developed under their belt is Gujian 3 (a 3D single player RPG), and have announced Gujian 4.
To infer from this the nuances, this could explain the art styling and art characterisation which more closely mirror Chinese influences than Japanese.

She looks like the Herrscher of Flamescion. This game looks pretty good and the performance appears to be solid as well. I'm gonna get this one for sure! I wonder how long the game is. Hopefully it's longer than Odin Sphere, Sakuna, and Muramasa.

Heads up to kickstarter backers. The codes for switch and Playstation have been delayed for a day or two, but as compensation, you'll get a code for steam along with the switch or Playstation. Xbox and PC users should get the codes today.

Hopefully this gets patched. Having extreme slowdown, when docked at that, in a game that focuses on dodging as much as attacking and exploration is, as Agnes is happy to shout, _"Unacceptable!"._

I wanted to support the devs but releasing an incomplete and defective game make me feel like a beta tester.
Made worst when a major patch is announced. I bought the physical edition some more. The cartridge i hold now is an incomplete game with bugs
