One of the biggest challenges in "healthcare" has nothing to do with data or interoperability or even IT, has to do with access, quality and high costs. One of the biggest challenges in "health IT" is data governance, which interoperability is part of. And data governance issues are not solved by providing a server or an API. I know you try to sell your product, but this is misinforming the audience.
