Mam being a service provider our liability always unlimited and client refuse to accept our proposed changes so how to cap our liability if client does not agree..
Ma'am I was asked one question that I couldn't give correct answer of, kindly help me with: "What is the solution or remedy of breaching party in case of LOL clause is missing in the contract while Indemnity clause is there?"
Depends on the language of the indemnity clause. For instance if indemnity is for gross negligence, the breaching party may ask the other party to prove that the negligence committed was of such a degree so as to be classified as gross negligence. Another is to have a disclaimer of indirect damages included to reduce the liability.

Propose a higher cap or negotiate on grounds of unlimited liability. For instance, fraud can be uncapped but IP infringement should be capped.
