I didn't know this song existed. I didn't know boxcar was travis and tom. I have been a blink 182 fan for more than 2 decades. I always listen to the music, i never look into the lives of the bands because i like to relate music to my life to give it more meaning. listening in 2021 having just discovered this song and as a 33 year old man with 2 kids and a wife I am just sitting here letting tears roll down my face. Amazing music. I didn't know to what extent as to how much depression i've been hiding from myself but when he speaks of all the issues he has and then wonders if someone out like like him exists. That hits hard because to me on the surface it hurts to know someone else hurts as much as you. This songs resonates like waves through the years, it will never grow old or be out of date and was definitely a song that was way before its time. oh man what a song.

I went back to school & now I’m engaged to her proposed in Hawaii & we have a daughter… praying we hear good news about my dream job… I give god all the glory. Tom actually just wanted to create songs that couldnt fit with blink. So thats why he did the side project and later created angels and airwaves.
