Football's talents basically had to do with the quickness of the feet and kicking the ball.
In cricket, one can be a batsman (either left handed or right handed). As for bowlers in cricket, there are different types of bowling. One can be fast bowlers (either left handed or right handed), spin bowlers (either left handed or right handed), etc. Some people are excellent fielders while there are others who are excellent wicket keepers. So cricket encourages wide ranger of talents.
In cricket, one can also place a runner if one has difficulty in running while batting. I remember a kid who couldn't play football since he had difficulty in running. But he was an excellent batsman and he had a runner running for him.

One thing BCCI can do for other sports is whenever they are planning to build a cricket stadium, rather than just built a cricket stadium they can build a whole sporting complex which may include 5-6 other sports infrastructure.

Just a small request, we cricket fans don't know which channel telecasts football matches be it premier league or la liga or any other, itna he nhi indian club matches and Indian football team ko kaha dekhe woh bhi nhi pata, also we don't know players and teams and coaches toh Hume pata nhi konse players ya team ko support karey, Toh hosake toh please iske baare mei ek video bana do (from a newbie football supporter/fan)

By the way baba the Korajhar stadium which hosted the RUFC match is a SAI facility which never host a single state level competition before it's situated in the Bodoland autonomus region which is a tribal area and don't even have a state league club so the facility at other regular football hosting venues might not be worldclass are much better than this.

T20 cricket me 75+ countries ko full membership mil chuki hai, aur ha icc ke bhi regional qualifiers hote hain jisme lagbhag sabhi icc members participate karte hain, fifa qualifiers ki tarah aur last me competition ko equal rakhne ke liye icc sirf 10 ya 12 nations ka world cup karati hai, jo mujhe lagta hai shi nhi hai.
Present time me bahut si countries cricket me better ho rhi hain aur competition badh rha hai, Netherland Jo full member nhi hai usne 10 team odi World Cup me qualify Kiya hai 😂 toh ye kahna chhod do ki cricket sirf 10 desh khelte hain.

Before 2019 I was a die hard cricket fan and watched football but only occasionally.
But since 2019 I started watching football and I can say I don't watch cricket nowadays , only barring some big games or series.
And Given Indian cricket team's worst performances recently, I can say Cricket is going nowhere but downhill where as Indian football is on the rise. We will be witnessing a change for sure
