- Big gun RC combat warships in the middle of Balboa Park?
The Western Warship Combat Club's set up its Battle Pond in the middle of San Diego Maker Faire. Club members slugged it out shooting & sinking each other with up to 1/4" steel balls.
Game play involved two teams targeting the other team's convoy. Cargo ships were unarmed and captained by kids from the audience!

I'm 12 and I made my self an epic Bismark. And I went yo an expo singer in Phillie they have battles that allow watertight doors of that helps in any way

Ramen Noodle it's pretty tough to make a good one, make sure your bilge systems are good or you will get suuuunk.

They aren’t that expensive. Some smaller destroyers, cruisers, and transports can be had for only 100-200 dollars depending on how well you arm it.
Always wondered, are watertight doors allowed in these competitions?
no.
Nope, but certain ships are allowed one or multiple bilge pumps.
Actually, we do allow 1 watertight bulkhead for ships under 15,000 tons
We also allow two bulkheads in transports.
However, these aren't used much as water can't pass the bulkhead and reach the bilge pumps. Transports and ships under 15,000 tons usually only have one pump, so I would actually argue having proper water channeling to your pumps is better.

+K .Morizou Yes, we use compressed CO2 just like in paint ball. The turret footage is taken from the HMS Hood which I'm running. It was originally built by Ben Lee who was kind enough to let me take her over.

Hello Mark Weber, I'm in design to make a rc warship, and I wonder sí you know how to shoot the cannon.
I am a Brazilian and my ship is a destroyers, already has missiles and torpedoes, more to complete the project tenque make the cannon shoot, you use airsoft or shots with pressure?

Making this like a game would ruin it. That's like organizing war. I prefer two teams, 1st team to have the whole enemy team sunk wins.
