Aw Janey there nothing worse than mouth ulcers 😞 my son and I get them too . Sensodine toothpaste seemed to cause mine and I only use corsidol now and they are much better . Hope you feel better soon ❤️

Owch i hope your mouth ulcers go soon! They give me my b12 lower down my arm i will have to question that next time i go for one. Those pies looked delicious! Did you all manage to eat them? They wer missing gravy lol i was like thats not like you to not add gravy lol! Lovely meals i liked the look of them all x

They have to be given into the deltoid muscle and the top of the shoulder is where it is , it’s a bit like a upside down triangle. Not all nurses are equal in giving an injection lol . The pies looked good xxx
