Its odd how come the vegetable corn makes my body sick yet if I eat Nacho chips I end up fine? does anybody have ideas?

Maybe the sugars or the starches may be the culprit. The soaking and washing will remove many of both. Also, do you get this reaction merely from raw corn or roasted corn too?
