Me too, Ms. Maricar I am at peace when I was still childless after almost a decade of being married. I was actually told I'm not going to get pregnant after years of trying. I told the doc before leaving her clinic, "My God is bigger than this." We can never really know God's plans. A year after that, while talking about retirement plans, I surprisingly got pregnant, naturally. Now I am pregnant again, by God's grace. It's really having peace and acceptance of whatever His plans are for us for His greater glory. May God bless you always. God's blessings to you too, Ms. Rica.

Im on same phase as Maricar. 9 yrs married w/o a kid. I guess i am at peace too and what just i find it unfair is whenever someone or somebody questions that peace you have.
I love these two! I hope rica, maricar and toni can have their own talk show kahit sa tv or sa youtube. They are full of wisdom.

I am so happy for Maricar how she perceived of life in general. ❤ Same goes to her husband that despite not having kids they still are together.
This is true..even if you feel contented there will be a time talaga that insecurities and comparisons to other people’s lives on social media are inevitable but one thing that’s very effective to me is reminding myself how blessed I am with everything I have, you might don’t have what others have but you also have that they don’t have.. vice versa.. it’s normal to feel insecure just don’t lose yourself and always feel grateful no matter what..

Wow! I love this convo, you will learn a lot in life. I can totally relate with the peace Ms. Maricar have. I too, unbelievably at peace of being single at 42. Hypocrisy aside, i still want to settle down tho, God willing. But if not then it's fine with me also. I am a strong independent woman who can live without a man, & that's because of God's grace.
I can relate to Maricar about having no children. I never envied those who have children, but a few friends of mine don’t believe that i’m happy and content with my life even without a child. Wala eh, iba-iba lang talaga tayo.😊

We are 8 years marriage and still no children. Same same situation and same same pananaw. Having no children is doesnt mean you cant be complete. Surely di totoo. Masaya kami and still in love with each other. My marriage life is a blessing.
Korek. I have many friends who are happy even with no kids and some who cry over it. Both sides meron. We cannot discount eaxh other’s pains. May mga bagay na masakit sa iba kahit sayo hindi.

Thank you Ate Rica and Ate Maricar for sharing this conversation. As a person in mid twenties, it's a battle to not compare myself to others' life, especially w/ their achievements. I learned to be okay with my weaknesses and be faithful to my season. That it's okay of I still don't have this or figure out that. Gratitude and purpose. Sometimes, we are not just the perfect person to do what others are doing. 😇

We've married also for 17year pero wala dn anak nag check up dn sa ibat ibang doctor pero darating talaga ang point na matangap mo na kong wala wala kong mayron mayron same though tau miss maricar
I understand what you mean. Ako din, after three miscarriages, I think I have reached the point of peace na din. I have wanted more sana because I love kids… but maybe that’s just not God’s story for me. And the best thing is I can cry to God about it, and be reminded His love is enough.
Ms. Maricar was peeling off and eating the shrimp the right way (for me ha!). Kamaaaaay, lols!
