Very true sir government should do something about this , but instead of that they take tough exams (Gpat)to make knowledgable professionals but don't Utilise their knowledge and make them stay in industry
Tough exams should be carried out to get admission in B.Pharm. This entry is very crucial.

Decide your education based on your career goal. Doing a job is not a one day task, it's a lifetime thing so decide accordingly.

Complete your B.Sc then MSc. You'll get equal opportunity compared to B.Pharm in less expenditure.

but sir in Bangladesh pharmacy is a Royal subject. Only 1400 students in the country who can take pharmacy 🎉😮

I'm not so good in studies I got 67% in my 12th boards so I ain't getting any gov college same goes for b pharm both have likely same fees in private college but you see hospitals prefer female nurse even you can rarely see any men nurse in hospitals so that is my concern and I'm not like a topper who got 80% or 90% so I'm not getting any gov college what should I do pls tell me

But when comes to know the job availablity is very poor in India ...But still if you wish to pursue Bpharm ... Bpharm have one plus point that any one can open Medicine shop at own but in bsc nursing anyone totally rely for job .

So first decide your segment then prepare your self accordingly.
Start building network within segment through LinkedIn and most importantly work on your communication skill.

✅Marketing and Sales
