Well that's a nice cool oven for pizza. I've never seen it like that before.
Just got mines the other day and my wife was upset about the entry way aswell.. still is thats where i have the trash boxes still
you should love this oven, I have one and I’ve made about 100 New York style pizzas in it.
I make 16" ones using a Lloydspan Hex Disk to launch because zero chance I could successfully launch directly on the stone lol. Not a big deal if you make smaller ones, but if you do 16" a pizza screen will be your best friend
The Lloyd disks are kinda pricy but the bottoms come out almost perfect. Crispy but still foldable. This is an absolutely incredible pizza oven for the price.
