It reminds me of a line I heard in Sarah Cargill's "Tarot for the end of times" podcast, which was something along the lines of "the price you'll have to pay for your new life, is your old one" (which was probably about the Death card). I think Ian Daniels calling it an "act of liberation" is spot on. Whatever has to go is not gonna go by itself, and probably not peacefully either. But it is ultimately a hopeful card.

I pulled the 10 of Knives for my mom, we shortly after found out about his cheating ways... I see this card as back-stabs and betrayal... hope it never crosses our paths again 🤣
The 10 of swords is a PAINFUL ending. Swords refer to words, conversations, thoughts. Can be backstabbing, albeit with words. This card is a no going back. Stick a fork in it and call it DONE! And, whatever happened/happens won't be pleasant. Like the 3 swords, pain beyond belief, no matter what deck is used. Raecine I was wondering if you would give your thoughts on the page of cups, and the 7 of pentacles in the murder of crows deck. I get a little confused with the page cups in that deck. Even with the guide book Thank you for taking my request! I know alot of people love the murder of crows deck , ( I bought it because of your recommendation, thank you!) I was wondering if you'd take other questions per certain cards, like I just asked, and/or your take on the cards. Maybe open it up to particular cards in different decks Your take, and perhaps in comments we can share ideas with all. Just a thought. All the best!
