I've got University Credentials myself and know the influence of our Capitalistic Societies, Peer Review slows the advancement of science available to Commercial use...
Where the truth is, it isn't even required in the complex Labs of Peer Reviewers here in America!!! Much less in any other well staffed/Equipt Industrialized Countries Research Labs... Peer Review Qualifications come into purview in Teaching Academic Circles more or less to argue standards and that is only when disputes arise in results of big money commercial donors... 'The Graves Mummies Effect' and It's a real effect that is very alive and well within the UFO disclosure confirmation process. Rate of stalactite growth is certainly an important measure of age, BUT . . . I suspect rate varies depending on various factors, not least the type of stalactite. I'd want to know a lot more before I accept a highly dubious figure like 1mm per hundred years.

Stalactites vary in growth rate but the mean accepted rate of growth is about 1cm/10years. Not 100 years. That said, stalactites are not the best means of dating man made or non-natural tunnels as one can’t be certain when water first began seeping through the tunnel. That said, archeologists do tend to be very conservative in their estimates.

I understand Graves wanted it to be about Military Aviation Safety, but still it was not only that... They were doing a Mexican Congressional Hearing, those bodies got the Mexican ok to be involved, just as I assume Graves was ok'd with Mexico's Hearing Officers... But, you know, Mexico didn't poo poo on Graves and gave him his time without derogatory remarks... Soooo... His remarks were not called for during OR after the Hearing either... His remarks impacted disclosure too!!!
After all, they offered the bodies for study before and after the hearing and Graves was not qualified to even contradict current, previous or post hearing studies... He was simply being derogatory!!! Without regards to Professional Courtesy and/or Official permission and should have just gave his presentation without the unwarranted criticisms!!! He was simply a fellow attendee without control of other attendees or the hearing agenda...
