I highly recommend you watch this series, it's so good!! Yes some episodes have some dark and sad Scenes, but it also has hilarious jokes and the character development is amazing!
What's sad is that around 1:42, Dipper's eyes look as if they turn back to normal, which means Bill most likely left his body, so after that Mabel is chocking the actual Dipper. Great art by the way!

Bipper is laughing while getting choked. Bill leaves Dipper's body. Dipper most likely is telling Mabel to stop and that it is him. Dipper then dies. With Mabel feeling sad/happy???? Then she wakes only to find out it is a nightmare
The reason for Stan and Ford choking eachother was because that's when Stan and Ford were bitter with eachother from the portal incident and Dipper walking away fr Mabel because she hasn't been on his side

I've come back after all these years. I love this animation and I love this song. It got me into gravity falls despite it not being canon in the story. It had been one of the final things that made me decide to truely choose art as a career.
In the beginning, Mabel just wanted to kill a demon inside of Dipper. In the end, she ended up killing her little brother instead of the demon trapped inside of him.
This is harsher in hindsight when you take into account the new info from the video game. (In "Legend of the Gnome Gemulets" Stan tells the twins that Dipper nearly died from asphyxiation when he was born. Mabel nearly ended up being an only child!)
Alternate title: *Mabel almost chokes Dipper when he was possessed by a flying tortilla chip and someone in the background has a mental breakdown during the whole process.*
This song along with the animation... it gives me all those creepy tingly feelings. Great job at giving it a really eerie and hopeless feeling, payed off.

I can understand why Mabel wouldn't stop choking Dipper. He left her for Bill, even after the 12 years that they spent together. She was mad, jealous, and reckless, so much to the point it all just turned into the sensation of paypack, but in a way of blind anger. Dipper and Bill new each other from a few run-in's, all of which weren't good. Mabel, at the end, was smiling, this shows that she was happy with her revenge, but she was also crying which shows her regret in killing the one she loved the most. This 2 min. animation shows a good example of the behavior and feelings of revenge, it shows the good and the bad. The song allows us to get a better feeling into it, the song sends a message of sadness, despair, anger, and regret. This leaves the song to be a great pair with this animation. Adding all of this together, you can understand why this is a great Animation. I LOVE IT!
