Every time I watch one of your videos and try your suggestions, my playing gets better. Thanks!

At 7:37 you nicely demonstrated the difference between the basic shuffle and circle bowing. Both are good and have their own flavor, but the circle bowing has always eluded me. Thanks so much for putting this out.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! l think if I work on this for, ummm, maybe a few years, I could actually get it. Now putting it in at tune is another story.
PLEASE keep doing these videos. There's nobody where l live who really plays old time properly and videos are my way to hopefully learn it. 🤞🤞

i have been playing for a liitle over 20 years and in bands -cajun, bluegrass, country, etc. Had many highs and lows with the fiddle. Thought at some point it was going to click but this old time stuff eludes me especially the weaving in and out of circles, crescents, and waving. It is just amazing how good and effortless you and so many of these people play that I see on youtube

Nice tutorial. At this point in my journey opening up a play session with these exercises is immensely helpful.
