    I am one motion shooter and release the ball from front of my forehead.So is it necessary to shoot from side of head like coach Alan ? Please help me with this.

    Should I do this pregame, preworkout, postgame, post workout?

      It's really up to you, but I personally would do this pre-workout or pre-game if you don't already have a pre-game routine in place.

    Hey Joe, I got your EGT X 2.0 program. Even using my own money, my parents say I shouldn't use it on this because they think it's a joke. They want me to this on "real life stuff". Really frustrates me, but I'll just continue to work and let the results come when they should.

      +Micro, thank you for your trust in us - we really do appreciate it. As for you parents, I know they mean well but maybe they don't fully understand what you want to do. Keep working on what makes you happy. The training is top notch (perhaps I'm biased) so put in the work and get better, daily.

    hi egt. how can i stabilize my shooting set point. when i shoot spot up jumpers, i shoot above the eye. when i shoot off the dribble, though, i shoot in front of my face. what should i do?

      TheJwall567 it's just natural athleticism, my dad's the same way, my aunt was an olympian, and my uncle played in the NFL, it just God-given ability.

    So these drills are to help get your lower body set in game situations so you can keep consistency for your shot?

      That's one way to look at it. These drills are about balance and not just for your shot, but for your overall game.
