The Epiphone Matt Heafy Snowfall (or Snøfall) Les Paul had an all white finish right down to the white phenolic fretboard just like this Snow Falcon Flying V.
I have one of these and it is my pride and joy. unfortunately I stored mine next to an exterior basement wall in Michigan winter and the finish checked on me. sucks that it happened but I'm keeping this guitar forever, so no big deal.

If Gibson puts it back into production, it should be done with a urethane clearcoat installed of nitro. That would keep it from ever yellowing. I don't believe I have ever seen a modern white car become yellow over time, so a guitar definitely wouldn't.
That's a pretty awesome model but I think if I were to get one I'd have to go with the epiphone model. Austin you need to get you a loop station so you can really rock us putting your rythm on the track and jumping to your leads.

When the epiphone version came out, i asked Brendon Small on instagram if they would yellow as well and he said they fixed that issue for the epiphones(you might still see the comment where i ask him on Instagram) but i took too long to decide and they sold out. I would love to see a follow up video on the epiphone snow falcon to see how they actually aged. Also, it sucks they cancelled the snow horse but i didn't know you bought/reviewed the chibson version so ill have to check it out.

I've learned something new. I never heard of Brendon Smalls. My kids were small from mid 2000s until recently so I missed a lot while I was bulking up my SpongeBob Trivia knowledge. The fret board on the snow falcon makes it very striking. I thought that about the Bucket head Les Paul but I think the unconventional shape and proportions of the flying v make the white fret board look right at home.
I've wanted one of these for a long time. Maybe some day I'll have the money. Brendon is so good at what he does. Home Movies was great, Metalocalypse, he's directed music videos. Always entertaining.

The best promotional thing ever done was the owner of Vagina Guitars paid to park his van right next to the NAMM Show & THOUSANDS of people (including celebrities) were taking pictures next to the van. Aside from seeming like a novelty name, the guitars were really awesome!
I have the Epiphone version of this and it's amazing. The neck is just fantastic and I love the feel of the fretboard. And of course, people fear my metal power when they see me wield this weapon of sonic destruction.
that snow falcon is amazing. reminds me of the thunderhorse? ghost horse? (can't remember the exact name but it was a similar vibe. white. might've had a little silver on the edges. REALLY wanted one. but these all white ones are so slick!)
I'd love to get one of these one day. Would look great with my Snofall. Love this style guitar, and just got one of those "Chibson" unlabeled Solid White Explorers. The Solid white look is probably the coolest look I've ever seen on a guitar.
I love the whole monochromatic style, paintes fretboard, but Gibsob should do other collors too. A forest green colour, a red onez and a purple. A black too.

I'll never understand why no-one puts a Strat- style jack socket on the inside edge of the lower bout of the vee. That's where it is on the one I had made. It looks cool, and works brilliantly with a straight jack plug.
I saw an interview in which Brendan Small said he picked the white wood, I'm not going to try to spell it. Because it sounded so bright. He said it helped the heavy down tuned guitars not sound "muddy"
Make that border some form of RZ Emilia purple and add a Bigsby B5 for a perfect snow themed guitar. Call it a "Gibson Snow Blight" or a "Gibson Snow Spirit" ...
Is the headstock a veneer like regular Gibsons but finished over? Because that could be the cause of the yellowing, same for the Buckethead. That would be interesting
I think I like the Epiphone Snow Falcon more. I think the 'snow burst' finish is more present on the Epiphone which I like. And yeah Gibson should make the Snow Horse Explorer. It'll be pricey but ayy I got credit cards lmao
My God those pickups ouch! I’ve never heard pickups sound like that with a fairly low output readings. What kind of magnets are in those they’re ones to avoid. I don’t even think I’m given an opinion here as much as stating fact. Trogly knew they sounded bad too. But that’s just a pickup swap the axe is cool. But yeah those pups were absolute pants
You can tell when he plays with the bridge pick-up on how way too high it has been set : the sound is puffy like hell. One of my guitars was like that when I got it (another Gibson). Otherwise, 8 k ohms in not much, on my LP Studio the bridge PU hits twice that mark.

The off gassing getting contained in the case affects the metals more than the finish. The off gassing of the finish is the "damage" itself

It looks killer and best of all it doesn't let you down with the sound. Punchy fat and aggressive but not any nasty strident crap in the highs.
