We can just use flow / Quick links for these kind of actions so what is different about co pilot ? I mean to make co pilot work you still need associated action with it and that action could be apex or flow. So why not just straight use those ...
Great question yes you can directly use flow or apex. However if you want action as part of conversation Agent then Copilot will be handy. Do you need Copilot for it not really. You can use conventional way. I was merely trying to demonstrate what Copilot can do. In saying having a AI strategy in place will be a great starting point to understand the use case in your org.
