Hon although u 're no longer in Parliament, u can just add on your evidence on corruption scandals. Do u mean that people of Uganda MUST excuse the speaker?. Secondly the scandal was enhanced by NUP executive majority of whom aren't even MPs. So u can also start from there although u're no longer an MP.

In Uganda corruption is everywhere even in a family imagine giving you wife 50000 for food everyday and she cook only beans that coz 3500 per kg so even our woman are corrupt

Dr. thank you for the insight, personally i didn't know about most of those cases. Question is, what should we do as a country? Do you also believe the speaker was involved in mabaati case or you feel its too petty and there are more grave corruption scandals like all you mentioned. Me i think the bigger picture is that the government has failed to fully investigate so many corruption scandals because of conflict of interest. You are advocate for rule of law, let the courts do their work.
Its alleged some people caned a group of men collecting charcoal in your area, that's a a good move because we need to protect the environment, but if the rule of law was fully functional, anyone involved in administering justice out of court is also a criminal.
You did your best but you can't do it alone. I know how you used to demand for explaination, inquiries etc on the floor of Parliament but most Ugandan were just sleeping that is why even when you informing them that there is even bigger corruption with a clue they still asking what did you do when you were in parliament.

Hon Otto is just being diversionary.....a wrong committed by Head of an Instution and found by IGG to be true, when Otto talks as he does, doesn't mean exnoration of the said fault,nor does it call for the other thieves to be called to book,this is misleading and misplaced
