Tan Jianci’s brilliant portrayal of Xiang Liu made him the most charismatic and courageous character in this drama. In my eyes, Xiang Liu is the ML. No one comes close to the amount of selfless love and care he gave Xiao. I wish she knew how much he did for her. It is really sad how she killed herself for the loss of that weakling.

He also knew that she would have to choose him over her family. I think she broke his heart when she said she didnt want him in her dreams. I think thats when he decided to give her all the desires of her heart except for himself.
Oh I loved Chubby, that little fur ball. What a wonderful character Xiang Liu is and I'm glad that Tan Jianci, who I've liked since Winter Begonia, got to play him so he could show how talented an actor he is.
