Hi Fred and everyone - I am a professor in the Communication Studies program at SIU Carbondale. One thing I wanted to say - many programs, like ours, do now require a TOEFL/IELTS score. We waived it for a few years during COVID, but have reinstated it. Just wanted folks to know. We still do NOT require a GRE score.

I will be glad to help. We have two different program in the department. Public Policy is different from what I am reading "Public administration" You can get a $75 application fee waiver so try and apply.

Yes I mean the application fees. As for the tuition fees do I need to apply for the scholarship separately? My GP is very low
First year 3.60
Second year 1.39
Third year 2.13
Fourth year 1st semester 3.04 2nd semester 2.50
Overall GP 2.44 can I still apply

Glad to have you subscribed, Charles. Online programs does not meet the F-1 visa criteria. NAU (watch this video: th-cam.com/video/_JRjBz4wgDk/w-d-xo.html have a very good MPH program, no application fee). There are other universities I have explored that have such a program. Check them out.

With your program of choice, it comes automatically. But most importantly, email the director of the program. Wait for a response before you apply.
