That's pretty awesome especially for a channel getting started to make promotion or special limited buttons. Would have been nice to use an adapter to make smaller sizes which are popular right now.
My buttons are not crimping all the way around. It appears that the paper image crimps, but a portion of the plastic cover is hanging loose. Any suggestions?

Regardless We are Both Still Kind of New to it.. All though i have ben into Radios/Amps & Electronics for 35+ years and I used to repair/Rebuild a lot of them ! I do some HF work but i Really Enjoy the Local VHF/UHF and some Wires X All Though i just got my First DMR Radio an Trying to learn That !
Used to make buttons all the time in the Boy Scouts at Scout-O-Rama events in the 80's with a device similar to this. Fun for about 5 minutes. 😉

Yeah this one is one size only.I'm finding a bunch of others that allow for smaller sizes.

What size circle does the circle cutter cut? 2.5". Looks like it would be MUCH safer and easier to use a circle punch.
