in UK there's no rule about blowing the horn as a communications device when getting the train ready to move instead the UK requires all of Their London underground trains to blow Their horns if there's track maintenance ahead to warn maintenance workers of an oncoming train. keep in mind that many railways in UK including the rest of Europe requires most of Their trains to have a two tone horn to allow car Drivers to tell the difference between a car horn and a train horn and to also be aware that a train will be approaching Them at a level crossing

gtx 1060 6 gb
16 gb RAM

i have a 1050 2gb it runs smooth 60 fps on medium settings and 40-50 fps on high
you have 1060 6gb you should be fine even with ultra
