Just to help you. When a man controls himself to not ejaculate it doesn't mean he can't have an orgasm. On the contrary, by learning not to ejaculate he can have as many orgasms as he wants without ejaculating.
That's because ejaculating and having an orgasm are two different things. Just because the two happen together usually early in a man's sexual life and it becomes associated as one, doesn't mean they are one.
