Wow you are a busy girl. Don’t burn yourself out. Make sure you have time for yourself. Seems like Gf is very much a caregiver and making sure you take care of yourself also. Please don’t rush poor pupper at pooping. I know you are over the top a good dog mom but he needs his time to poop too. Prioritize him and Snoop along with your own health first or you won’t be able to do everything else bc you and puppies are connected and rely on being healthy. Then you can attend to family, friends, work and house etc. I don’t know how you aren’t exhausted but you are young and healthy. Enjoy life and make great memories. You are right tho to make time for fam and friends over work as they will always be there. You are running so quickly I can see why therapy was frustrating. You have to slow down and reflect a bit on why you feel frustrated so often. Maybe the things like not managing time planning and organizing well or maybe just frustrated that you can’t do more in a day. Who knows. You have always seemed a bit frustrated with your days when they are busy. If you have ADD I’m sure that doing so many things and adding more can be super over the top irritating as well as being forced to slow down even just by being worn out is frustrating bc you want to do so much at once. You seem a little manic and all over the place right now. It’s good things but it’s so much at once. Take a breath and acknowledge your good fortune and relax into just having a new home, a wonderful partner and a career that’s expanding. Def glad to see that you are hiring people to relieve you of some editing and to help work on podcasts and etc. I guess just ask yourself how much is enough and how much is too much and how do you define too many things to manage and what signs will show of overwhelm or being overloaded will look like. Just throwing ideas out there based on only what you show on videos and I know I don’t know the rest of your life so maybe it’s more balanced and chill than it looks like. Congrats on new app, congrats to the bride and groom, glad you stopped by to see Bailey on her bday and had a tea with Teeny. Deep breaths. You are too valuable a person to burn out so don’t forget to just do a slower walk planned for your puppy and let him have time to walk, smell the roses and pee mail and poop as it comes. Lol.

One day my therapist ask me over and over again to go back to a trauma moment and I'm like bruh? Like I'm over it It doesn't bother me anymore? Like why are you forcing me to go back? That was the last time I went to therapy to be honest.
