Hi Tomas, to get the Saloon is very easy. You can get it at age 2 after that you can build it. So unless you dont age up your not going to have it. Also if you look at the start there were it shows the building you will find the saloon under the prayer hands which is the church. I hope that helps you.

I love your playstyle! Most people just send resources from their home city and dont have any long-term improvements!
Max Power This is a treaty game...thats why the long term improvements, its a standard. In non treaty games you would get annihilated with that deck.
