Working w ppl that not just have diff opinion and not understanding your opinion is just pain in the ass. And tat truly decrease your happiness for the job in genernal even when the job scope n all is not tat much of the cause. That's what i am going through also. N came to realisation that no matter how hard u tried to prove a point, if the person dont uds n thinks at a diff wavelength it will just not meet. So there isnt actually a point n u will just be making urself angry n tired at the same time. At the end of the day the company do not belong to u, n the management was choosen for a reason. So let the company pay that price n go as the flow with closed eyes n ears according to the management if u just need that mthly. While u wait for opp to thrive out! I think for your mental health we should always choose happiness or find ways to make ourselves feel not as affected as u use to be. We all have the capability to survive as long as we believe in ourselves n work towards our own goals. I believe that believing in yourself does help alot even if it really did not end well. But at the very least u tried ur very best to make it well. I too did not believe i was struggling to survive in my company, but at the end of the day i realise i think too much. If i choose to believe in myself it actually feels so much lighter. I believe thats much healtier to ur mental health. Fighting n jiayou! You can do it! Even editing if u dont have much cash. Haaa

Maybe you’re just more cut out to be a solo influencer. You can put out the content u want to put out. And all the best for this next leg. It’s quite different when you’re running a company. U want bonus, u want benefits for a staff strength larger than 1 pax, then you might need to make some angled Business Dev decisions that cater to an algorithm making money for u and your ex colleagues bonus and benefits.
