The betrayal I experienced was via an emotional affair between my husband and his so-called female "friend" who he turned to share things he should not have. I am so filled with grief and just discovered this while we are in the earlier stages of restoring our marriage. The whole time he was turning to her, I was suffering. It's not just about betrayal via sexual affections, the emotional connection is just as devastating..
