I got the same marring in my L405 Range Rover when I polished it. I got scared of doing any more damage and sent it to my local valeter. Glad to see it's not just us amateurs. Great job well explained.
Thanks very much! Yeah unfortunately the paint is pretty soft, so it can get these types of marks easily, and being such flat sided vehicles often subject to poor washing , combination of errors really Plus side is that it does polish up pretty easily, it's just massive! 😅
Thank you! Hey, who knows 😂🙈 I just make content because I love what we do , if other people enjoy it then so be it! 😎 If not, that's ok. To be honest, to have over 5K subs is crazy and never thought we would get to that!
Absolutely not. Very out of date compound. Much better on the market. I used a Carpro cutting compound and a Scholl refinement compound. Hope this helps! :)
Thanks for the comment! Yes it can do, but I would rather take 2 minutes to tape, and sometimes, with polishing, you can change the texture of the plastic trim if you catch it with the polisher, and it becomes more smooth, so I would rather not do that!
A massive job......in terms of both the detail and the creation of the video! But what a great way to showcase your work. Top job, gents :)
Hi Paul, thank you for watching and for your comment, it really means a lot 😊😊

at 2:49 the wheel kind of looks cracked near the center hub. Or is that just me?
Very good eyes!
It does indeed look like that - but do not worry. Its an issue with the lacquer on the diamond cut wheels.
They needed refurbishment.
Super job.Very well explained, detailed job. Thanks.
Thank you for watching and glad you enjoyed 😊 See you at the next episode!

Amazing work
Thank you! We try our best. Certainly was a big old beast to work on but looks amazing at the end.
really enjoyed the transformation on this one. just seen someone asked about the lettering as i was thinking the same thing. great work guys
Thank you Marv! 👍🏼😎 When are we going to do a joint video on yours?
Looks great. Did you not struggle getting the lettering back on the vehicle?
It can always be a challenge to get it perfectly lined up... but with templates, this is easier.
Hello, can you remember what shampoo you used on the rover? Cheers
